I loved beans b4, but d problem I recently have with it is indigestion.
Chim soaking it overnight helps reduce indigestion. If soaking is not enough to do that, parboil it a bit, pour away that first water, rinse and continue cooking till done.
Another trick is to always eat beans with other staple food: yam, rice, plantains. Hope these help. 🙂
