  2. What if one does not have access to the nonstick baking sheet? Is there an alternative to that?

  3. It looks really nice. Haven’t heard of rolled fufu or semo or garri before, can’t wait to try it and wow everyone. You are simply amazing, looking forward to your next post.

  4. Your posts and recipe book have re-awakened a passion that had become passive. May the Lord bless you richly.

Im an African American woman marrying an Igbo man and having some meals I can prepare him from “home” I know will make the transition so much easier!

  7. dis is lovely ma .but if I want to roll my semo like DAT,it means I have to prepare d semo very strong ?

  8. Flo you are just too much. I am going to over WOW!!! People with this. Starting with my husband, so see if it will get him to eat swallow a bit. Thanks alot

    • hehe Let the wowing begin! ♥ ♥
I wonder how those who do not eat swallow survive ooo. You know each time I eat swallow with a different soup, I feel like I am eating a completely different meal. So not eating swallows is like not eating a dozen meals. 🙂
Good luck in your efforts to “convert” him. Ife love n’eme! 😉

  10. Hi!
How’s the food in the picture named?
Not the bread but the food. How is it called?
    Thank you!

    • Chris the soup is Bitterleaf Soup and the dough is one of the group of foods known as fufu or “swallows” in Nigeria.
Together it is called a swallow meal because you eat them together.
