November is the World Diabetes Month with November 14 being the actual World Diabetes day.
All through the month of November, I and other Nigerian food bloggers will be creating awareness for diabetes in the Nigerian community and I hope you will join us as we raise awareness for this disease, the complications and the care that people with this condition need. I will not be talking about all these because I am not an expert in all of them but I will surely be sharing posts from experts in this field. Remember, I always know some experts in these important fields. 😉
To contribute my own quota to this, I will be sharing diabetic recipes. Diabetic recipes are very healthy so they are not only for people with diabetes. All diabetic recipes also help with weight loss, reduce the risk of heart disease and lower cholesterol to name a few. So we all need to incorporate them into our family menu.
To join in this awareness, you need to come over to the blog and let me know that you are interested. 😉 It’s not every time that I will let you read and digest without saying what you think! Now is the time for you to contribute your own quota.
So biko, if you are reading this in the email, come over to the blog and say something, even if it is just saying Hi! Use this link: http://blog.allnigerianrecipes.com/world-diabetes-month/. Copy it, paste on your browser address bar and it will take you to this post on the blog.
I will also be taking part in a challenge which we will reveal on the World Diabetes Day, November 14, 2016 and I expect you all to join us in the challenge so you need to be following this blog bumper to bumper this month so you do not miss anything.
Are you in or are you out? 😉 Click here for diabetic recipes.
