Ingredients you will need for the Carrot Cakes

For 8 carrot cakes (with mounds), you will need.

  • 150g plain flour
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 125mls sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs

If you are in the USA, use the following quantities. These are the cups I used:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 medium carrots
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs

For the avocado frosting you will need:

  • 1 Avocado
  • 5 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Peak Evaporated Milk
  • Salt (optional)

    Pls can i use white sugar (common sugar) instead of brown sugar?

    • Christy yes you can use granulated sugar. Brown sugar has this unique flavour that works well with the cinnamon.

    Yes o! I am alive as I gather tips to trill my woman when I find one… Ha ha ha.
    I am planning so hard to reopen my restaurant which has gone under for five years now.
    Nice your meals and methods are nice and my only interest is the tools or gadgets or production items used. So as to reduce human effort s to the bearest . lol
