Nourishing Avocado Smoothie

This delicious, bursting-with-nutrients Avocado Smoothie makes your skin look so smooth and supple. Your days of rubbing mashed avocado on your skin for some smoothness are over. Now your body takes the nutrients from the inside. Yes, you can literally feel the drink seeping into your blood stream right after drinking it.

Ingredients

Here are the ingredients I used for the best tasting Avocado Smoothie:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 ripe and firm banana
  • 1 tin Peak Evaporated Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Quaker Oats
  • Whole milk

If you do not have whole milk, use apple juice or mix 2 tablespoons of Peak Milk Powder with a glass of water. Add it when I add the whole milk in the video below. You may need more than one glass so mix more if necessary.

    • Kelvin smoothies are meant to be taken immediately after making them.

      This is why you chill the ingredients before making the smoothie so that when done, it is already cool and ready for drinking.

  3. That looks delicious! Well, I love banana on a smoothie. It’s always my favorite. But it’s overall taste might depend on the blender being used.
